Based on yogic wisdom, restorative and yin yoga practices.
I found a passion for yoga, meditation and breathing when I was searching for a way to take real ownership of my health and wellbeing.
My approach is holistic, nourishes mental health, builds focus and resiliency to foster an ability to feel the joy life brings.
I was an IT professional for over a decade and understand the ups and downs of managing stressful environments. I attribute my ability to be the calm in the storm to my regular yogic practices.
