What’s a one on one Yoga class?

and why do it?

Yoga is a living tradition – ancient, diverse, and always growing. It offers us so much:

~ Philosophy ~ tools for connection and self-awareness ~ practices for body and mind ~ Guidance for daily life ~ and so much more ~

Yoga isn’t about exercise or stretching. It’s about caring for your body, settling your mind, and finding a steadier way of moving through the world.

When yoga is matched to what you truly need, the benefits unfold naturally. This is hard to find in large group classes, where everyone comes with different experiences, different days, and different paths.

In a small group or one-to-one class, I can take time to really get to know you—where you are right now, how your nervous system is feeling, and what your intentions may be. From there, we can explore practices that meet you with kindness and support.

These sessions may be for you if you’d like to:

🌱 Gently reconnect with your body in a safe, compassionate way
🌱 Support your recovery from stress and build resilience
🌱 Bring consistent, nurturing movement into your week

Each class is shaped around you, and may weave together:
Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breath practices), Meditation, or Yoga Nidra (deep rest-based meditation).
