Quiet Path Yoga offers gentle, trauma-aware practices for anyone wanting to move with ease, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from injury, or simply seeking more calm in your days — there’s space for you here
My one-to-one and small group classes are designed to meet you where you are — offering gentle movement, breath practices, and deep rest to support your wellbeing.
Sessions available in Atherton town centre or I can come to you throughout the tablelands region.

Group Classes
Currently offering 2 group classes.
Tuesday evening in Atherton. Saturday mornings in Yungaburra. Starting mid November until mid December 2026.
Both classes will be slow flows with a focus on nervous system regulation.
I’m new here, so running these classes to gauge interest in ongoing offerings.

Yoga Therapy - One on one sessions focused on building a home practice for you that meets your life where it’s at, drawing on yogic philosophy and practices.
Yin series - Yin yoga mini-series to help with better sleep or to reduce stress. Trauma aware sessions that focus on slowing down and finding space.
