Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or attending any class, workshop, or event hosted by Quiet Path Yoga, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk
Participation in yoga classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, mental stress, or other unforeseen outcomes. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for your involvement.

3. Medical Disclosure
You confirm that you are physically fit and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in yoga classes. You agree to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations to the instructor before class begins.

4. Voluntary Participation
Participation in all classes, workshops, and events is entirely voluntary. You may discontinue participation at any time if you experience discomfort or perceive a risk of injury.

5. Waiver of Liability
You hereby release and discharge Quiet Path Yoga, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in yoga classes. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages sustained as a result of negligence by the released parties.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • All event purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers, in which case a full refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By booking or attending an event with Quiet Path Yoga, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that this agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, and assigns, and that you waive certain legal rights, including the right to pursue legal action against Quiet Path Yoga.
