Tuesday Evenings - Sunset Wind Down on Hallorans Hill Atherton.
November 18th and 25th, December 2nd and 9th.
Join us as we move, breath and meditate to unwind from the day, bringing the breath and nervous system back to balance.
Movement will be adaptable, slow and grounding. It will include Vinyasa flows (movement with breath), Hatha poses and some Yin (longer held poses), breath and relaxation practices.
If you have a mat, bring it along, as well as any blocks, cushions, towels or blankets you like to use for your practice.
Wear something you can easily move and relax in, bring water and anything else you need to be comfortable.
