Join us as we move, breath and meditate to set up for a wonderful weekend. We will stretch, strengthen and connect with our bodies, mind and breath.
Incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa yoga, breath and meditation practices.
Movement will be adaptable, slow and grounding.
If you have a mat, bring it along, as well as any blocks, cushions, towels or blankets you like to use for your practice.
Wear something you can easily move and relax in, bring water and anything else you need to be comfortable.
